Payment
At Luxauto.by, we aim to make the car rental process as simple and transparent as possible. We accept various payment methods and work with both individuals and corporate clients (residents and non-residents of the Republic of Belarus). You can choose any payment option that suits you best.
Cash Payment & Bank Cards (via POS-Terminal)
The classic and most popular payment option for individuals, available upon receiving the vehicle at our office or when ordering delivery to your specified address.
- Cash Payments: accepted exclusively in Belarusian Rubles (BYN) in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus. A cash receipt is provided.
- Bank Cards (POS-Terminal): you can pay with cards issued by any bank (including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Mir, and Belkart). Our manager will provide a mobile terminal at the spot. Contactless payments via smartphones or smartwatches are also supported.
- Upon payment, our manager will issue an official rental agreement and hand over your cash receipt (and card receipt for terminal payments) confirming the transaction.
- If a security deposit is required for your selected vehicle, it can be paid in cash or pre-authorized (blocked) on your bank card. It will be fully refunded or unblocked immediately upon returning the car in its proper condition.
Bank Transfer (for Corporate Clients & Companies)
The optimal choice for corporate clients booking cars for business trips, delegation transfers, or long-term use by employees.
- To receive an invoice, please send your company details and requisites to our email luxauto26@mail.ru or contact our manager by phone, specifying the selected vehicle and rental dates.
- The vehicle will be provided once the funds are credited to our company's bank account (or upon mutual agreement when a copy of the payment order with the bank's stamp is provided).
- Upon completion of the rental period, we provide a full set of closing accounting documents: the agreement, invoice, and certificate of completion for your accounting department.
Payment via ERIP (Raschet System) / E-pos Service
A convenient way to make a remote payment using a bank card via mobile banking apps, internet banking, or any bank information kiosk in Belarus with 0% commission.
Important: Before making a payment, please contact our manager to confirm the vehicle availability for your dates and receive your account/order number or a direct QR code for instant payment.
Payment instructions via the ERIP system:
- In your bank's mobile application, select the "Payments" (Платежи) section → "Raschet" System / ERIP (Система "Расчет" / ЕРИП).
- Navigate through the following path: E-POS Service (Сервис E-POS) → E-POS - goods and services payment (E-POS - оплата товаров и услуг).
- Enter the unique billing code provided by our manager (formatted as
XXXXX-X-XX). - Verify the displayed details (Full Name, payment purpose: car rental, and the total amount).
- Click "Pay" (Оплатить) and save the digital receipt (you can forward it to our manager via messenger to speed up the vehicle pick-up process).
